While working on a new interpretation of
Michelangelo's Creation of Adam I made a discovery that I feel compelled
to be made known. The links to the right will show how probably the most famous works of art share a mysterious hidden depth, one that has remained undiscovered for 500 years. The pages will display the original work of art, my own interpretation, the hidden image and animations that will show how the three combine to give you the full picture. While viewing these images, it is vital that you distance yourself from the subject matter, I believe that it is the models and there pose that is far more important. These works are all related and were completed in the microcosm of Florence, Italy within an estimated timeline of thirty years. All of the artists were personally known to each other and share similar relations to the models portrayed. All three artists were known to the explorer Amerigo Vespucci, especially Botticelli, who is incidentally buried at the feet of Simonetta (sister in law of Amerigo) in the Vespucci families memorial grounds. |
